Oscar Ocampo is a multidisciplinary professional with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate across Mexico. Before founding +COMERCIAL, Oscar was the Real Estate Director for Starbucks in Mexico. He was also Director of Development and Construction at Taco Holding (Krispy Kreme, Sbarro, La Mansión, El Farolito), Director of Real Estate at OfficeMax and Party City, Vice President of LATAM Development at Gerrity International LLC, and Real Estate Manager for McDonald's, KFC, and Blockbuster.
